IRVING P.H.G Feel it is important to inform our customers that we are taking every step possible to ensure that we are not knowingly coming into contact with people that may have traveled abroad recently or those that may be experiencing symptoms of the Corona Virus Covid 19.

Our office has steps in place when taking bookings which we would hope that our customers answer truthfully.

​

We will not enter or take a booking should we feel that the customer is unwell or has come into contact with a known infected person or traveled to an infected country in any way.

​

Our engineer follows minimal interaction throughout the day ( no handshakes etc) and if suspects a possibility of illness whilst on a site visit is instructed to cancel and politely leave. 

Hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes are kept in the van at all times and are used frequently throughout the day as well as washing hands with soap and hot water for 30 seconds at every opportunity.

As we are following closely information via our Government we would like to assure our valued customers that should a deposit be taken for proposed works and the Government changes its stance at any point in terms of isolation.

Any deposit providing no goods have been delivered to site will be refunded quickly via bank transfer if desired

This is quite a worrying time at present  and we ask that you use common sense and be truthful when kindly booking our services.

Not only for our own protection but for the protection of all our customers especially as a large percentage of the public that we assist are the elderly.
