Landlord Service Package TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer applies per dwelling from gas meter shut off valve and cold mains stop cock at external boundary.

Any change or alteration to gas appliances and or gas supply without our knowledge after the annual Gas safety certificate has been carried out by ourselves under the Landlords Service Package, will not be our responsibility and will void original Safety certificate unless asked to carry out another safety check at a cost of £60.00 as soon  as the change has occurred providing any gas works carried  out  has been done so by a registered gas safe engineer.

 

No responsibility can be taken by ourselves for damage caused to gas appliances or pipe work within the properties borders including flues, vents programmers and thermostats that are caused not by ourselves after initial safety check has been undertaken.

 

Any works required to bring system in line with current Gas Safe Regulations in order to issue the  safety certificate are not covered under the Landlord Service package and therefore will be charged.

Boiler service does not include any gaskets or essential washers that are required via the manufacturers instructions. These will be invoiced separately if required, a small percentage of new high efficiency condensing boilers require this, service relates to standard cleaning of boiler combustion chamber, visual inspection and gas pressure checks.

 

*Free call out applies to premises unlimited throughout the year providing that there is a genuine reason for call out related to either the plumbing, heating or gas. This is to include the initial call of thirty minutes at premises any parts required will be invoiced. Free call out applies to calls received between the hours of 8.30 am and 17.00 pm Monday to Saturday , not including bank holidays and or  national annual holidays. 

 Not to include the setting or resetting of programmers/time clocks and or thermostats. Communication with yourself can be requested before such works commence, contact details should be provided by yourselves, no responsibility can be taken if no contact can be made in the case of an emergency leak or no hot water or heating within winter periods  or any other period when attending the property. In these instances , a message will be left and the property made safe in the simplest manner i.e. In the case of a burst internal pipe the water will be shut off at the stop cock .

 

With your (you the landlord) permission on taking the cover any works not exceeding £150.00 and are deemed necessary may be undertaken by ourselves without contact with yourselves by ourselves. This can be discussed when initially setting up the package.

 

Cancellation : In the event of policy being cancelled the remainder of the annual contract not exceeding £134.00 plus any charges for parts owing  shall be made payable to ourselves in full within 14 days  of  written cancellation to ourselves.

Any missed payments will incur a £10.00 charge to cover bank and administration charges.

 

Any and all information held by ourselves  will be classed as confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act 1998, except email communication as no guarantee can be given against corruption and or  viruses.
